About Course

The SSAT Summer Fundamentals course is a way to stay sharp in the summer and to begin preparing for the SSAT. This course is not meant to replace the full SSAT course, which will be offered beginning in September.

The 2023 SSAT Summer Fundamentals Course will meet online for ten sessions beginning on July 10, 2023. This is a ten-hour course which meets via Zoom on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:45 – 9:45 am. There is a final wrap up class on Friday, July 28th. There will be homework and an online quiz to take after each class. There will be vocabulary words to study as well.

Specifically, the course meets July 10th, 12th, and 13th (week one); July 17th, 19th, and 20th (week two); July 24th, 26th, 27th, and 29th (week three).

The tuition for the course is $275. 10% if you sign up by July 5th.

  • You will learn all major aspects of the SSAT test, beginning with the most basic problems and then advancing to more difficult material.

This is our first lesson on synonyms. For homework, complete all of the middle level work, including challenge problems. You can save the upper level work for when you feel more comfortable with the vocabulary, or you can complete it. The choice is yours.
